Cinnamon Rose Tea + Honey & Milk
Serves: one 8 ounce serving
  • ¼ teaspoon(heaping) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom Pod, crushed
  • ⅛ teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Rose Petals, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Chamomile Flowers
  • 8 ounces water, heated to steaming
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
  • 2 tablespoons desired Milk(I like a mix of Coconut & Almond)
  1. Place the cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla powder, rose petals, and chamomile in a reusable tea bag or ball. Place in a mug and pour the steaming water over the top the herbs. Cover top of mug with a plate so that the volatile oils in the herbs do not escape through the steam.
  2. Let steep 10 minutes. Remove tea bag or ball.
  3. Stir raw honey into the tea until dissolved. Add milk and enjoy!
