Plain Tart Frozen Yogurt
Serves: about 8, ½ C. servings
- 3 Cup (about 1 container) Plain full fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- 1 scant Cup Sugar
- Juice of ½ a Lemon
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer directions.
- Scoop into an airtight container and freeze until very firm, overnight or 6-8 hours.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
