Add the ground lamb, ground turkey, olive oil, feta crumbles, salt, pepper, and parsley to a large bowl. Using you hands, mix the ingredients together well.
Divide into 8-10 portions and shape each portion into a patty, taking care not to make them too thick.
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. When it's hot, add the patties and cook on medium/high heat for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve burgers with hamburger buns, cucumber sauce, and pickled onion.
FOR THE CUCUMBER SAUCE:
Add the yogurt, lemon juice, diced cucumber, diced onion, and garlic to a small bowl and combine. Add salt to taste.
