Roasted Red Pepper Aioli
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper
  • ⅓ C. Mayo
  • ½ t. Salt
  • ¼ t. Garlic, minced
  • 1 T. Olive Oil
  1. Chop the roasted red pepper into small pieces and place in a small bowl.
  2. Add the mayo, salt, garlic, and olive oil to the bowl.
  3. Whisk together until the oil is fully incorporated.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
